All rooms, kitchen (oven, stovetop, rangehood, cupboards), bathrooms (tiles, grout, fixtures), walls, skirtings, doors, blinds and windows inside. We follow the REINSW checklist used by Sydney agents.
If your real estate agent is not satisfied at final inspection, we return and fix those specific areas at no extra cost. No arguments, no additional charges.

For bookings required within 24 hours, a $50 priority availability fee applies. This covers the short-notice coordination with our cleaning team. We’ll always confirm this with you before finalising your booking — no surprises.

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is:
- More than 48 hours notice: Free cancellation, no charge.
- 24–48 hours notice: $50 cancellation fee applies.
- Less than 24 hours notice: $100 cancellation fee applies.
Cancellation fees help us fairly compensate our cleaners for reserved time slots. We’ll always do our best to reschedule if that works better for you.
If your real estate agent raises concerns about the clean at final inspection, we return and rectify the issue at no extra cost — one free return visit included.
To qualify: the agent must raise concerns within 72 hours of the original clean, and the property must not have been re-occupied or used since. This covers cleaning deficiencies only — it does not cover damage, pre-existing conditions, or issues unrelated to cleaning.
We clean all types of properties, but a property that hasn’t been cleaned in several months, or requires post-renovation or builder’s clean, takes significantly more time and effort.
If the property condition is significantly worse than described at booking, a condition surcharge of 20–30% may apply. We will always confirm any additional charge with you before proceeding — you are never charged more without your agreement.

It’s simple:
- Your friend books an EOL clean and mentions your name or email in the booking form.
- Once their clean is completed and paid, their final invoice is discounted.
- You receive a $20 credit applied to your next booking with us.
No limits on referrals — you can refer as many friends as you like. Credits don’t expire and can be combined.
